02 - 8 slices cooked turkey breast (10.6 oz)
03 - 4 slices Swiss or cheddar cheese

05 - 4 tablespoons mayonnaise (optional)
06 - 1 cup baby spinach or arugula leaves

# Method:
01 - Toast the waffles according to package instructions or until crisp and golden.
02 - Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on four waffles, if using.
03 - Layer each prepared waffle with 2 slices of turkey, 1 slice of cheese, 1 tablespoon cranberry sauce, and a handful of spinach or arugula.
04 - Top each with a second waffle to complete the sandwich.
05 - If desired, lightly butter the outsides of the sandwiches.
