15 - 1 cup hummus
16 - 1 cup ranch dressing or Greek yogurt dip
# Method:
01 - Wash and dry all vegetables thoroughly.
02 - Cut bell peppers into thick rounds and remove seeds. Slice cucumber into thick rounds. Peel carrots and cut into 1/2-inch slices.
03 - Use a small round cookie cutter approximately 2 inches in diameter to cut ornament shapes from the bell peppers, cucumber, and carrot slices.
04 - Leave cherry tomatoes whole. Separate broccoli and cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
05 - Skewer each ornament-shaped vegetable onto a pretzel stick or breadstick to serve as the hanger. Smaller items like cherry tomatoes and snap peas should be threaded onto the sticks as well.
06 - Group the vegetable skewers attractively on a large serving platter to imitate clusters of colorful ornaments.
07 - Sprinkle fresh parsley, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, and pomegranate seeds evenly over the arranged vegetables for added texture and festive appearance.
08 - Present the platter alongside hummus and ranch (or Greek yogurt) dip for dipping.
